Kidnastics Fall 2010 Information
Sports Open Play Times
Join us Aug 31 or September 2
1:00-3:00pm Ages 6-12
We will play all your favorites such as dodgeball, soccer, football, and more. Have all the fun you want and get all the exercise you need!
$12 per child, bring a friend and it is only $10 each!

Multi Sport Classes
All Stars: Ages 3-4 and 4-6 Come and benefit from our essential skills classes where kids have fun while learning the fundamentals to make them more successful in all their future athletic endeavors. The building blocks of all sports: running, catching, throwing, as well as jumping are developed in our 8 week curriculum through various drills and activities. Your child will build confidence while learning teamwork and good sportsmanship in a structured well supervised environment. $135
All Team Sports Class: Ages 6-8 and 8-10 Our dynamic multi sport curriculum is designed to expose determined young athletes to a variety of sports while focusing on the importance of sportsmanship and game tactics. Activities change each week and your child will benefit from all the fun and fitness the classes provide. $135
Classes start September 20, Sorry no make up classes available.If you have a group of 5 or more, we will be happy to make a class not listed. Classes will be on Mondays and Wednesdays call for schedule.
Strength and Conditioning Classes with former NFL/CFL player Don Brady
Mondays 6:00-7:00 ages 8-12
Mondays 7:00-8:00 ages 13-17
Wednesdays 6:00-7:00 ages 13-17
Turf Island features two indoor multi-sport fields housed in over 20,000 square feet of converted warehouse space, and designed to meet the specialized surface needs for training and competition of field-sport athletes, teams, and leagues.
